Sherlon McKenzie is a master’s-prepared healthcare executive and Registered Nurse with more than three decades of experience across the healthcare industry. Her professional background includes extensive expertise in healthcare quality management, regulatory compliance, project management, workforce development, and operational leadership.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP)–certified leader, Sherlon brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to every initiative she leads, combining clinical insight with strategic execution to help organizations strengthen performance and improve outcomes.

Sherlon founded Platinum Healthcare Solutions to address critical gaps in healthcare operations, workforce development, and quality improvement. Under her leadership, the organization has evolved from a boutique consulting firm into a multifaceted healthcare solutions company supporting both healthcare organizations and private clients.

Today, through Platinum Healthcare Solutions and its concierge division, Platinum Luxe Concierge, Sherlon continues to advance her vision of delivering innovative healthcare solutions while elevating the experience of care for organizations, professionals, and individuals alike.
